Hapkido

Originating from Korea, the literal translation means "The way of coordination and internal power". Hapkido is considered to be a complete martial art. Similar to Tae Kwon Do, in that it consists of hard and soft deflection style techniques, as well as throws, takedowns, ground fighting and extensive joint-locking techniques. Classes are held twice weekly and uniforms are an additional $60.00. If you are currently enrolled in Tae Kwon Do and wish to sign up for Hapkido, the fee is an additional $20.00.

Open Gym Basketball

High School to Adult Basketball players have a chance to drop in and play semi organized basketball games. All skill levels welcomed. Games may be half court, short full court or even full court games. This is a good opportunity to get fit and become active in the community. Fun, sportsmanship and competition is stressed. High School to Adult Volleyball players have a chance to drop in and play semi organized basketball games. All skill levels welcomed. Come enjoy the fun of drop in indoor soccer.

Tae Kwon Do

The Tae Kwon Do class has no age limits and is a great sport kids and adults alike. Excellent way to build self discipline, improve coordination, focus, even grades! Bring unity to your mind, body and spirit through Martial Arts. Classes are held twice weekly and uniforms are included.
